Discover The Maps of Your Body
This could include uncovering areas of numbness, tension and trauma...and also the discovery of pleasure zones and erotic sensation!

Mapping is a therapy of creating reference points that highlight areas that are tense, painful to the touch, disassociated, blocked, insensitive or numb. In general, all of the signs are mostly some form of stress (physical or emotional trauma) that is held in the tissue. By bringing presence, loving touch, focus and awareness to these areas, the affected tissue are healed, allowing the reconnection to experiencing sensitivity and feelings of pleasure.

Yoni Mapping (Vulva/Vagina)
Yoni is the sanskrit word for vagina, meaning "sacred space". And truly the vagina is a sacred space...yet somehow we don't always treat them with love and respect, and sometimes we even repeatedly allow others to treat them in a way which is not respectful and honoring. In this process of dishonoring, we store tensions, blockages, repressed emotional issues and sexual frustrations in the Yoni. Yoni Mapping is all about reconnecting with this most intimate, beautiful and mysterious part of our body. Lingham Mapping (Penis)
Lingham is the sanskrit word for penis, meaning "wand of light". As powerful as a wand of light can be when fully present and lead with good intentions, as harmful it can be to ourselves and others when used unconsciously or ill-intentioned. Too much friction over time causes the tissue to become number, meaning we need more friction to feel! Lingham Mapping is about restoring sensitivity (de-armoring) and reconnecting the loving, caring and feeling power to this most amazing body part. |
Anal Mapping & Pelvic Release
We store so much chronic tension in our pelvic region, particularly in our internal sphincter muscles. Due to shame and homophobic behavior we are disconnected from our anus and therefore most likely not in touch with our digestive system. There is so much wellbeing to be regained by becoming aware and integrating these areas back into our consciousness. |
Prostate Massage
The prostate, also known as the man's G-spot, is known to be the sexual centre. Massaging the man's prostate releases tremendous amounts of emotional and physical stress. As powerful as physiological stimulation might be, it pales when compared to the immeasurable greater psychological or mental high. The very notion of the male placing himself in such a vulnerable position results in a powerful mental rush, for both receiver as well as giver. The willingness of the naturally controlling male to allow himself to be placed in an unaccustomed submissive role is a particularly powerful experience for the receiver. |
Why Consider a Mapping Session?
"Body armoring is a process whereby past traumatic experiences are stored in the body's muscle tissues. what happens is that the body's tissues harden, creating tension and blocking energy in the area that has been traumatized. By armoring itself, the body's intention is to reduce its vulnerability to pain. But this process has the parallel effect of reducing our capacity for feeling pleasure.
In this regard, the male and female sex organs are as prone to armoring as the rest of the body and can function at a reduced level of sensitivity. In fact, because the sexual organs have been subjected to vigorous condemnation from childhood onward, the genital area has become a major storehouse of negative imprints, greatly reducing our capacity for sexual pleasure and preventing full enjoyment of orgasmic release. Think about it for a moment. Traces of the emotional content of every unsatisfactory sexual experience have been recorded in the muscular tissues of your genitals, building up tension in the area so slowly that you did not even suspect that it was happening." ~ Excerpt from an article by Margo Anand
