This is deep somatic and existential work that addresses patterns and imprints that have been formed over years, and perhaps even lifetimes. It’s about being compassionately by your side as you become consciously aware of default scripts, conditioning, beliefs and behaviors…being expressed in your body, your relationships, and your life.

As a NeuroSomatic Sexologist/Erotic Embodiment Educator, people generally come to me at the point when they are experiencing a strained expression in their personal and/or relational sexuality. However, exploration of expanded states of pleasure and arousal is NOT where we begin our work together.

​We begin with You…Feeling Safe…to be a Fully Embodied YOU!
We begin with exploring what imprints, patterns and perhaps painful restrictions or limitations may be preventing you from full, free expression of YOU! As a couple, this is now when you can truly meet each other and 'meet the moment' with deepened connection and a vast array of delicious choices for sexual expression. Develop tools to last a lifetime!
We start with the nervous system. With being able to continually come back to a baseline of ease and safety within your inherently wise body security system. Our bodies and lives are constantly being bombarded with overwhelming stimuli and distraction. It is no wonder most of us have exited our bodies and may feel stuck in looping thoughts and tension patterns.

And from this already overstimulated and stressed-out state we are expecting to have deep, connected and meaningful sexual experiences? That is absolutely possible….AFTER we create a safe(r) space for you to inhabit and express all of YOU!
People choose to work with me for many reasons. At the foundational level, there has become a disconnect with Self. Often this is noticed and expressed through the body via pain, numbness, or lack of sexual aliveness with self and/or with a partner. There may be a lack of libido, erectile concerns, differing desires and/or difficulty in communicating boundaries and desires.

The scope of my practice allows me to provide bodywork and direct learning experiences that will invite you back to your WHOLE SELF! Together we map and track where there is ease and flow in your body, in your intimate relating, and in your life - as well as where there might be obstacles or patterns of protection that may be inhibiting this life force being ease-fully expressed within your own body - and/or sexually expressed with a partner.

​What we have believed, experienced and practiced over time, we have come to embody…literally. What generative new beliefs, experiences and practices may be integrated to create a whole new level of possibilities? THIS is where I may support you! And this also happens over a period of time.
