Our ruptures, woundings and attachment tendencies were generated in relationship; and the opportunity for repair, re-patterning and reintegration of those fragmented pars of our Self also happens within the space and container of relationship. That container may be professional in nature, or within an intimate relationship. I offer guidance in touch and communication practices within each container.

In 2015 my work expanded to include The Physiology of Trauma + The Neurobiology of Connection + The Science of Pleasure & Sexuality. After all, how can we truly be FULLY WHOLE and AUTHENTICALLY EXPRESSED if we do not include examining and cultivating our Erotic Nature?!

I have personally trained with many of the leading experts, and have been certified in numerous methodologies that uniquely qualify me to provide hands-on, trauma-informed, client-centered and somatic-based support that addresses sexual challenges and individual trauma at the root level; including chronic, complex, developmental and relational traumas.
Over the last 10 years, I have worked with several hundreds of individuals and couples who desire to experience not only vitality in their own body and life, but also crave the deep intimate connection and sexual satisfaction that reflects the deep love that they have for one another.
I believe that when you get to the root of what is causing you to feel disconnected from the fullness of your own agency and sexuality, your expression and satisfaction in sexuality and ALL aspects of your life will be enhanced through this true healing and transformational journey!

People can tend to feel the pleasure is frivolous. Or that pleasure only refers to our sexual expression. However, the ability to soften into and savor the subtleties of what can be registered as "pleasurable" means that our nervous system feels "safe-enough", resourced and able to respond to the moment with curiosity, clarity, compassion and attunement. And from THERE is where we get to deliciously determine what intrigues, delights and lights us up!
To have pleasure, one must first have a Self. Most of us are functioning with very distorted perceptions of self, and inhabiting bodies that are holding on to experiences, stories, conditioning and survival strategies from the past. Therefore, we are operating from fragmented parts of ourselves that are rarely in present moment awareness. Our nervous system no longer knows how to feel landed, grounded, safe, and capable of identifying and reaching for what we desire. Or perhaps we no longer even know what it IS that we desire! What once seemingly "worked" as it relates to sexual expression has usually been built upon the foundation of (first, from a lack of accurate sexual education) scripts, conditioning, enduring, shame, performance and/or unconscious protective strategies from past overwhelming experiences or boundary violations. |

It is imperative that we feel safe in our own bodies. That we feel connected to Self and compelled to identify and reach for what brings us alive. To connect with and attune to others. To unravel survival strategies, imprints and social conditioning that cause fractures within ourselves, and our relations to others. Especially with our intimate partner(s)! Can you imagine how different your world will be, even the world will be, when we begin to make this a priority?! THIS IS WHERE I CAN SUPPORT YOU!

Since 2015, individuals and couples have traveled internationally to come to work with me for so many reasons. At the foundational level, there has become a disconnect with Self. Often this is noticed and expressed through the body via pain, numbness, or lack of sexual aliveness with self and/or with a partner. Relationally, there may be a mismatch in libido, erectile concerns, differing desires, difficulty in communicating boundaries and desires...or perhaps there is simply this feeling of “There must be more!”
