Safety + Attunement + Polarity = Deepened Intimate Connection

People often ask, "What does a session look like?" What is shared below represents the arc of a session, as well as the arc of our work together over time. When working with couples, keep in mind that there are patterns and imprints that are arising in the individual field...AND the relational field. And within many layers and realms! ​Be guided through somatic inquiries and practices to explore what it is that you each most desire and long for...and in doing so, we will also track moment to moment as we explore some of the imprints and patterns that may be inhibiting your fullest expression of aliveness and joy. So through direct-experience learning, we will be discovering some of the blocks to pleasure and connection, as well as developing some new skills (aka: new neural pathways) towards deepened connection and sexual satisfaction!
Experiencing a visceral and embodied sense of Safety

SAFETY

This is the foundation of our work together, and the place where you practice returning to again and again. We are mapping and tracking the state of each person's nervous system, as well as the safety of the relating. What is the "right distance"? When/where are we bumping into habits and patterns, and how can we redirect and offer greater choices for new neural learning?

Most of us are unaware of our unconscious looping in old scripts and patterning. It is often not until we viscerally feel the exhale of an embodied sense of Safety that we realize that we have been believing and behaving from a place of guarding and protecting, versus softening and opening.

ATTUNEMENT

Once there is a foundation of Safety, we can then organically transition to a sense of authentic curiosity. Again, exploring "right distance" as you begin experimenting with energetic practices, communication exercises, as well as making offers and requests for non-sexual touch. You will practice noticing, valuing and communicating your boundaries and desires. Be guided in giving and receiving touch, according to each of your unique Erotic Blueprints™!

Attunement is with self, with the other, and with the moment. You will learn to track your Attunement moment to moment.

POLARITY ~ Playful Erotic Friction

Only after there has been an experience of landing in Safety...and establishing and maintaining Attunement with one another and with the moment, is it time to practice the Dance of Polarity. And there are NO "absolutes", "dogma" or "rules" here. Only discovering how YOU want to play with "erotic friction"! Perhaps you are curious about power dynamics and the Kinky Blueprint?
