- DAY 1: 4:30pm - 6:30pm | Landing; settling in; desires + boundaries; embodied consent + communication
- DAY 2: Partner A receives individual bodywork/mapping in am; lunch provided; time in nature; Partner B receives individual bodywork/mapping in pm.
- DAY 3: As a couple, Partner A receives in am; lunch provided; time in nature; Partner B receives in pm
- DAY 4: 9:30am - 12:00pm | Integration session: How to bring this home and continue to deepen, explore and expand!
- NOTE: If you choose to do a 3-Day Immersion, the investment is the same. You will receive additional virtual sessions and/or a Virtual Immersion.

- Two (2) 60-minute Zoom preparatory coaching sessions
- Private coaching portal with customized learning resources and ongoing email support prior to and following the Immersion
- At-home somatic practices for Immersion preparation and integration
