The packages that I am offering, as well as the investment assigned to each service may change according to my schedule and availability. The offerings and prices listed below will be honored for any services paid for in the month of April, 2025.

SAFE TO BE YOU Discovery Call

​For those that may not be ready to commit to a container, this is an opportunity to have a single session for deep listening, somatic experiencing and exploration into what may be holding you back from full experience and expression of YOU!
  • 60-90 Minute Zoom Connection, Available to Individuals and Couples
  • Intake Questionnaire prior to the session 
  • Tailored Follow-up At-Home Practices & Resources for integration 
  • Investment: $150
Some people have expressed a desire to have texting/email support, without the inclusion of scheduled coaching/mentorship calls. After this initial 'SAFE TO BE YOU' Discovery Call, you will have the option of upgrading to receiving additional drip resources and email/text support.  Upgrade is $300/month.

Virtual Coaching/Mentorship

​Our work together is about reintegrating fragmented and fractured parts of your Essential Self. Where and what in your body and life has become stiff, contracted, stuck and stagnant? Together we “map” your current states and stories, and you will also learn to “track” changes as you incorporate new neural learning. This is not about the “3-6 Sessions” you receive, as much as it is about the CONTAINER within which you will be practicing new empowered choices.
INCLUDES:
  • Learning resources about your nervous system, your pleasure/arousal anatomy and the relationship of neuroplasticity, the polyvagal theory and how they impact your health, vitality and desire.
  • At-home somatic inquiries and experiential practices
This is about building NEW NEURAL PATHWAYS. This does not happen in 3 sessions. It happens over a period of time. There will be contraction after moments of growth and expansion. However, I am offering you an option of starting out with a container of 3 virtual sessions prior to making a commitment of a larger container.

​You are under no obligation to continue with support, and even this small container WILL provide you with great resources to continue on your Healing Journey. You receive at-home practices and virtual support in between sessions via a private online coaching portal. Each container is available to Individuals & Couples.
  • RECLAIM: 3 Session Container = $850 (For NEW CLIENTS ONLY. Additional ongoing support requires REWIRE.)
  • REWIRE: 6 Session Container = $1,800

Boulder In-Person Sessions

Because of the nature of this work, it is recommended that you do a minimum of 3 in-person sessions, with integrative at-home practices and communication in between the sessions. However, I do make it possible for you to first schedule one individual session, and we may each feel into the best support for moving forward. Available to Individuals & Couples.

  • 2-2.5hr In-Person Session: $400 (Individual or Couple)
  • Series 3 Sessions + Integrative Coaching: $1,500 (Recommended)

Immersion Retreats

Immersion Retreats are available to both Individuals and are delivered over a 3-6 day period of time. They require virtual sessions and at-home somatic inquires and practices that will be tailored to your needs in preparation for the Immersion. There are also follow-up virtual sessions included, as well.

​Think of this as your very own "Sex, Love & Goop" Experience!
  • For this period, I am offering One Full-Day for $1,000
  • Multi-Day Immersions begin at $3,500 (this includes the preparation and follow-up support)
