This is a commitment to doing deep somatic work over a period of time as you not only unravel loops, imprints and patterns from the past, but you are also incorporating and integrating new empowered choices and practices as you build and strengthen new neural pathways to greater ease, joy, health and vitality. FOUNDATIONS: 2 Session Trial

Includes:
  • Initial FOUNDATIONS Session (Virtual or In-Person)
  • Receive At-Home Somatic Inquiries and Practices
  • 60-Minute Zoom Follow-up Session
  • Guidance Moving Forward: whether that be utilizing tools on your own, or discussing recommended support moving forward (in-person is highly suggested!)
• This is an opportunity for deep listening in a safe and judgement-free space where All Of You is welcome!
• Be guided through somatic inquiries and practices to explore what it is that you most desire and long for, and we will also explore some of the imprints and patterns that may be inhibiting your fullest expression of aliveness and joy.
• Any bodywork for an initial in-person FOUNDATIONS session will be focusing on a visceral experience of safety within your body.
• ​If you arrive as a couple, inquiries and somatic practices will be relational in nature, as together we not only discover what limiting patterns may be arising, but you will also be guided in exploring new ways of communicating and touching to establish new skills for deepened connection.

I have been working with hundreds of men since 2015. However, I am finally creating a specific program and support for men who have been experiencing erectile concerns.
