This is NOT like going to get a "massage". This is a commitment to doing deep somatic work over a period of time as you not only unravel loops, imprints and patterns from the past, but you are also incorporating and integrating new empowered choices and practices as you build and strengthen new neural pathways to greater ease, joy, health and vitality. (And deeper connection and satisfaction!)

In-person sessions very much depend on each person, each couple, and your reason for reaching out to me.

In-person may, or may not, include bodywork. However, it WILL be a way of mapping and tracking of your nervous system in real time, moment to moment. It may be a communication process, it may be either a personal or relational experiential exercise, or it may include touch...always with a clear intention for healing, deepening, discovery and neural integration. Some possiblities:
Of course, each of these modalities certainly overlap.

 Private Immersion Retreats

Your Very Own "Sex, Love & Goop" Experience! Retreat from your everyday duties and obligations and immerse yourself/yourselves in directing full attunement and attention to YOU! What beliefs, conditioning, tensions and patterns have been taking you away from the fullest expression of YOU?! Giving yourself anywhere from 3-5 days of Immersive Direct Experiential Learning and Renegotiation of Patterns allows for the regeneration of new neural pathways that will become the foundation for new empowered choices that translate to the fullest expression of who you are, what you desire, and how you choose to live this one, beautiful life!
If you are a couple, you will return home with a deeper connection and tools to continue to co-create an intimate life that continues to deepen, expand and evolve. If you are single, you will return home with empowered voice and choice to create an intimate life that excites and enlivens you. Why wait any longer?
​ALSO: I am happy and honored to work in partnership with your current therapist, practitioner or team of practitioners.
​Because of the scope and nature of my practice - which includes pleasure, arousal, sexuality and the WHOLE body - this work can be very complimentary to the work that you have already been doing with other practitioners. And this could be the missing link allowing you to move through, integrate and alchemize past experiences of trauma and neglect.

INDIVIDUAL IMMERSION:
  • DAY 1  4:30pm - 6:30pm  | Landing; settling in; desires + boundaries; embodied consent + communication
  • DAY 2  9:30am - 5:00pm  | am bodywork; lunch provided; time in nature; afternoon bodywork
  • DAY 3  9:30am - 12:00pm | Integration session
COUPLE'S IMMERSION: 
  • DAY 1  4:30pm - 6:30pm  | Landing; settling in; desires + boundaries; embodied consent + communication
  • DAY 2: Partner A receives individual bodywork/mapping in am; lunch provided; time in nature; Partner B receives individual bodywork/mapping in pm.
  • DAY 3: As a couple, Partner A receives in am; lunch provided; time in nature; Partner B receives in pm
  • DAY 4:  9:30am - 12:00pm | Integration session
